Wild Wheels Campers is proud to offer reliable, durable campers backed by clear and fair warranties. Below is an overview of our warranty coverage, obligations, and how to make a claim.
1. Standard Warranty Coverage
- Structural Warranty: 3 years
Covers chassis, frame, floor, walls, and roof.
- Component Warranty: 12 months
Covers electrical systems, appliances, plumbing, and fittings.
2. What Is Not Covered (Warranty Exclusions)
- Normal wear and tear, including paint, seals, and upholstery deterioration.
- Damage caused by misuse, overloading, or neglect.
- Damage from accidents, collisions, or rollovers.
- Water damage due to improper storage, sealing, or user modifications.
- Damage caused by animals, insects, rodents, or pests.
- Electrical issues from incorrect power supply or incompatible accessories.
- Modifications or repairs not authorised or performed by Wild Wheels or an authorised repairer.
- Damage from extreme weather events (hail, flooding, lightning, etc.).
- Off-road use beyond design specification (e.g. rock crawling, deep water crossings).
- Other exclusions may apply based on inspection and usage conditions.
3. Extended Warranty Options
We offer optional extended warranties through trusted third-party providers, allowing you to extend coverage beyond the standard terms and enjoy added peace of mind.

- We recommend providers and plans tailored to your usage.
- We provide digital brochures with full terms.
- We can help with the application process if desired.

4. Consumer Rights
Your warranty operates in addition to rights under Australian Consumer Law, including coverage against major failures and reasonable durability.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

- We’ll inspect and arrange repair/replacement where eligible.
6. Regular Maintenance Requirement
To keep your warranty valid, service your camper yearly or every 10,000 km (whichever is first) by a qualified mechanic. Keep all service records safe for future claims.
